(I know this isn't the correct forum for this problem, but these problems occurd at the same time)Īs soon as I click "open" in Creative Cloud, I get the error "Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017.1 has stopped working" and it will not launch.
I have also removed the cache files and preference files multiple times. I have tried uninstalling all adobe products (including Creative Cloud) and re-downloading/installing but still the problem persists.

(NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, Driver version 381.65) I have seen suggetsions about re-installing graphics drivers, so i tried that but to no avail. If it was crashing it would just close, so thats the reason i believe it is force closing. (first time launch prebuilt video thing) and it gives a popup "do you want to save before closing". How do I know it's force closing? I removed my user folder, which forces it to create a pre-built template thing. Premiere Pro force closes a second after launching. This release provides faster support for Sony VENICE 2 cameras. So I launched it through Creative Cloud and it would launch up the splash screen normaly but when it entered the program itself, about a second would pass and it would close down itslef without an error. The latest/most current version of Adobe Media Encoder is the April release (version 22.3). So, as I went to try again this morning and failing to get it to work I thought I would come back to it after building my video a bit more in Premiere Pro. After attempts to fix it I gave up and went to try again the next day as it was getting late. Thats when Media Encoder decided not to launch anymore. (.ao2 or something) I deleted those random files that were generated and went to try again.

mp4 but some random file which I don't evin think exists.
I proceded to convert the files, however, they did not convert to. mp4 and it said it crashed but it started up anyway. I started up Media Encoder to convert the.
I didn't think much of it as I am fairly certain it happend before. Premiere Pro was working fine apart from that it would not show the video of. Yesterday I went to start making a new video. I hope I can get some help with this as I am pretty stuck atm and don't really want to be paying for a product which doesn't work I have a problem, not only Premiere Pro but also Adobe Media Encoder CC (2017).
